One-time setup for Sarah's automated posts and profile mentions

1. Facebook Page

Gives Sarah permanent access to post on and watch the D6Jcom page.

2. Personal Profile

Uses a separate Consumer-type Facebook app, the only kind Meta allows to request the "user_posts" permission. Lets Sarah see and reply to tags on your profile posts.

Profile app not configured yet. Create a Consumer-type app at developers.facebook.com, add https://d621j.com/fbconnect to its Valid OAuth Redirect URIs, then add its App ID and Secret as FACEBOOK_USER_APP_ID and FACEBOOK_USER_APP_SECRET in Settings → Secrets and republish.
